中药益胃健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Yiwei Jianpi Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Spleen and Stomach Weakness

目的探讨中药益胃健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的88例脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,观察组44例患者给予中药益胃健脾汤治疗,对照组44例患者给予常规西药治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效和治疗后症状积分。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后异型增生、腺体萎缩、慢性炎症积分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药益胃健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效显著,可显著改善患者临床病症。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of yiwei jianpi Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach. Methods88 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen stomach weakness treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects. 44 patients in the observation group were given yiwei jianpi decoction. 44 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. The clinical efficacy and symptom scores after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Observation group after treatment in patients with dysplasia, gland atrophy, chronic inflammation score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yiwei jianpi decoction has significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach weakness, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
