摘要
目的观察小儿脑瘫康复护理干预中应用引导式教育的临床应用价值。方法选取本院2017年5月—2018年2月收治的脑瘫患儿55例作为研究对象。根据住院号的奇偶性,将其随机分为观察组(n=28)和对照组(n=27)。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以引导式教育,对比两组患儿综合功能情况。结果观察组患儿的认知功能、言语功能、运动功能、自理能力、社会适应能力,与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿脑瘫康复护理干预中应用引导式教育的临床应用价值极高,改善了疾病情况。
Objective To observe the clinical application value of guiding education in the rehabilitation nursing intervention of cerebral palsy in children. Methods 55 children with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from May 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research subjects. According to parity of hospitalization number, they were randomly divided into observation group(n=28) and control group(n=27). The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was guided by education. The comprehensive function of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the cognitive function, speech function, exercise function, self-care ability and social adaptation ability of the observation group were better, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of guided education in the rehabilitation nursing of cerebral palsy in children is of high clinical application value and improves the disease status.
