超前护理在糖尿病合并脑卒中老年患者中的临床应用效果

Clinical Application of Advanced Nursing in Elderly Patients With Diabetes Mellitus and Stroke

目的观察超前护理对2型糖尿病合并脑卒中老年患者的临床应用影响。方法 2型糖尿病合并脑卒中老年患者共36例,采取随机数字法将患者分为两组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取超前护理模式,比较两组患者治疗前及出院时神经功能缺损情况、血糖水平、住院时间、护理满意度的差异。结果治疗前,两组患者空腹血糖、神经功能缺损评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组住院时间、护理满意度、空腹血糖、神经功能缺损改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超前护理能够更有效的控制老年2型糖尿病合并脑卒中患者血糖水平,促进患者恢复。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of advanced nursing on the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and stroke. MethodsA total of 36 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and stroke were divided into two groups according to the random number method. The control group was given routine nursing care. The observation group was treated with advanced nursing model. The neurological impairment, blood glucose level, length of stay, satisfaction with care, and prognosis was compared. Results There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and neurological deficit scores between the two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）. The hospitalization time, nursing satisfaction, and fasting blood glucose and neurological impairment in the observation group were better than those in the routine nursing group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Advanced nursing can effectively control the blood sugar level of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and stroke, and promote the recovery of patients.
