摘要
目的探讨胃溃疡穿孔护理中应用健康教育的效果及心得。方法选取2016年1月—2017年6月胃溃疡穿孔患者88例作为研究对象。根据护理方法分组。对照组采用常规护理方案,观察组在对照组基础上,采用健康教育。比较两组护理满意度;胃溃疡穿孔知识掌握度、遵医治疗行为;护理前后患者负性心理状态评分、生活质量。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃溃疡穿孔知识掌握度、遵医治疗行为优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组负性心理状态评分、生活质量优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃溃疡穿孔护理中应用健康教育的效果确切。
Objective To explore the effect and experience of applying health education in the nursing of gastric ulcer perforation. Methods 88 patients with gastric ulcer perforation from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research subjects. Grouped according to the methods of nursing. In the control group, the routine nursing plan was adopted. The observation group was given health education on the basis of the control group. Nursing satisfaction, gastric ulcer perforation knowledge and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. The scores of negative psychology and quality of life were recorded before and after nursing. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). In the observation group, the knowledge of gastric ulcer perforation and compliance behavior were better than those in the control group(P〈0.05). After nursing, the negative mental status and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of health education in gastric ulcer perforation nursing is definite.
