全飞秒激光小切口角膜微透镜取出术49例的护理健康教育

Nursing Care of 49 Cases With Full Femtosecond Laser Microincision Corneal Microlens Extraction

目的研究全飞秒激光小切口角膜微透镜取出术患者的护理健康教育效果,希望为日后提高护理工作质量寻找新途径。方法选取我院于2016年5—12月收治的98例全飞秒激光小切口角膜微透镜取出术患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组、对照组。其中,观察组患者49例,接受护理健康教育;对照组患者49例,接受常规护理干预,比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者对护理的满意度为100.00%(49/49),对照组患者对护理的满意度为73.47%(36/49),组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患者护理前后的治疗依从性情况,护理后优于护理前,观察组优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理健康教育在全飞秒激光小切口角膜微透镜取出术患者临床护理中具有良好的应用价值,有助于保证患者依从性、建立良好护患关系。

Objective To study the effect of education on the nursing care of patients undergoing whole-femtosecond laser micro-incision corneal microlens extraction. Methods 98 cases of femtosecond laser small incision corneal microlens removal from May to December 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Among them, 49 patients in the observation group received nursing health education. 49 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was 100.00%（49/49）, and that of the control group was 73.47%（36/49）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Comparing the treatment compliance of the two groups before and after nursing, the post-nursing group was significantly better than the pre-nursingand observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing health education in femtosecond laser micro lens, use small incision cornea patients has good application value in clinical care, help to ensure patient compliance,establish a good relationship between nurse and patients.
