预防性护理在老年呼吸内科患者医院感染控制中的效果

The Effect of Preventive Nursing on Nosocomial Infection Control in Aged Patients With Respiratory Medicine

目的研究预防性护理对老年呼吸内科医院感染的控制效果。方法本次选择60例研究对象均为在我院呼吸内科接受治疗的院内感染老年患者,采用双盲法分为两组,其中30例采用常规护理,为对照组,另外30例患者采用预防性护理干预,为观察组。结果观察组的护理质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组感染率为16.67%(5/30),观察组感染率为3.33%(1/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年呼吸内科医院感染患者施行预防性护理干预,可以降低感染率,保证护理质量,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To study the effect of preventive nursing on the control of nosocomial infection in elderly respiratory medicine. MethodsThe choice of 60 cases of research objects are in the department of respiratory medicine for treatment of nosocomial infection in elderly patients, with double blind method was divided into two groups, 30 patients with normal care, as the control group, and 30 patients with preventive nursing intervention, to observe group. Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The infection rate in the control group was 16.67%（5/30） and the infection rate was 3.33%（1/30）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Preventive nursing intervention for elderly respiratory infection patients can reduce the infection rate.
