摘要
采用响应面法优化桑白皮黄酮提取工艺。选择了料液比、乙醇体积分数、提取时间为影响因子,进行了三因素三水平Box-Benhnken试验设计。得到最佳工艺条件为料液比1︰20,80%乙醇,温度70℃,每次提90 min,提取两次。在此条件下,桑白皮黄酮得率为23.88 mg/g。并对桑白皮黄酮的抗氧化活性进行研究。结果表明其还原能力和清除ABTS自由基能力的强弱:桑白皮黄酮>桑叶黄酮>Vc。由此可见,桑白皮黄酮抗氧化活性较好,具有较好的开发价值。
Response surface methodology was employed to optimize extraction technology of flavonoids from Marus alba L. Box-Benhnken experiment was carried out to determine the effect of factors on the yield of flavonoids with three factors, including the ratio of material to liquid, ethanol concentration, extraction time. Results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were ratio of material to liquid 1 : 20, 80 % ethanol, extraction temperature 70 ℃, extraction time 90 min, extraction for two times. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of flavonoids was 23.88 mg/g. The antioxidant activity of flavonoids from Marus alba L. was studied. The results showed that the reduction ability and scavenging ability of ABTS free radical of flavonoids from Marus alba L. were more effective than flavonoids from mulberry leaves and vitamin C. It can be seen that flavonoids from Marus alba L. have good antioxidant activity and good development value.
