摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法制备了铁酸铋粉体,研究了不同溶剂、柠檬酸用量和煅烧温度对粉体相结构的影响。结果表明:制得的样品均为钙钛矿结构,使用乙醇、乙二醇作溶剂制备的铁酸铋粉体含有少量的Bi_2Fe_4O_9和Bi_(25)FeO_(40)杂相;使用乙醇和乙二醇混合溶剂,柠檬酸为阳离子1.2倍,煅烧温度为750℃时,制得纯相铁酸铋粉体。
BiFeO3 powder was prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of different solvents, citric acid dosage and calcining temperatures on the powder phase structure were studied. The results showed that the prepared samples are perovskite. The BiFeO3 powders using ethanol and ethylene glycol as the solvent contain a small amount of Bi2Fe4O9 and Bi25FeO40. The pure phase BiFeO3 was prepared using a mixed solvent of ethanol and ethylene glycol, 1.2 times the cation of citric acid, and a calcination temperature of 750 ℃.
