摘要
本文采用高温溶剂-两步热注射法,以Fe(CO)_5和正十二硫醇为铁硫来源,十八烯、油胺、油酸作为溶剂和表面活性剂。研究了铁硫摩尔比、硫化温度对Fe_(1-x)S纳米材料结晶性和形貌的影响,从X射线电子衍射图和扫描电子显微镜图可以看出,通过控制前驱体的摩尔比、硫化温度能控制产品的结晶性和形貌。
Fe1-xS nanomaterial are synthesized via high temperture solvent, two steps hot-inject method using Fe(CO)5 and n-dodecanethiol as the precursors and octadecylene, oleylamine and oleic acid as solvent and surfactant. The influences of the molar ratio as well as the reaction temperture on the crystalline and morphology of the Fe1-xS nanomaterial are also investigated. The crystalline structure and morphology of the products are characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results show that the crystalline and morphology the of Fe1-xS nanomaterial can be control by the molar ratio as well as the reaction temperature.
