四种均相酸解聚玉米秸秆水解产物分析

摘要 本研究以玉米秸秆为原料,分别用硫酸、盐酸、高氯酸、柠檬酸等4种酸对玉米秸秆进行化学水解。结果表明,同一种酸在不同的解聚因子下,盐酸预处理下可以获得较高的葡聚糖得率。不同的均相酸进行预处理实验中,随着酸强系数的增加,葡萄糖含量和阿拉伯糖含量呈降低趋势。 With corn straw as raw material, we use dilute four kinds of acid to do chemical pretreatment of corn stalk. The acid includes sulfuric acid, perchloric acid, hydrochloric acid and citric acid. Under the different depolymerization factor, pretreamaent of hydrochloric acid can obtain higher glucan yield. There exists a trend of lower between glucose content and the sugar content with the increase of coefficient of strong acid in different homogeneous acid pretreatment experiment.
