摘要
煤的灰渣熔融特性是决定气化炉结渣情况的重要参数,不仅与煤灰的化学组成有关,还与灰成分的矿物形态有关。本文介绍了煤的灰熔点和相关预测经验公式以及影响灰熔融特性的一般机理,对气化炉稳定安全运行具有一定指导作用。
The coal ash fusion characteristics are an important parameter to determine the slagging situation of gasifier. Not only related to the chemical composition of coal ash, but also to the mineral form of ash composition. This paper introduces the coal ash melting point and its empirical formula and the general mechanism affecting ash fusion characteristics. It plays a guiding role in the stable and safe operation of gasifier.
