摘要
制备一种水性热转印离型涂料,对影响涂料的耐磨性的因素进行研究。结果表明,提升涂层的硬度,能够改善涂层的耐磨性,当抗刮耐磨助剂在涂层跟PET聚酯薄膜界面定向聚集,形成隔离层,可以有效提升涂层的耐磨性,抗刮耐磨助剂用量的增加,可以有效提升涂层的耐磨性,但是当达到助剂的临界胶束浓度时,涂层的耐磨性不再提升。
A waterborne thermal transfer coating is prepared, and the factors affecting the wear resistance of the coating are studied. The results show that the wear resistance of the coating can be improved by improving the hardness of the coating. When the additives are aggregated on the interface of the coating and PET polyester film, forming isolation layer can effectively improve the wear resistance of the coating. And increase the amount of additives, which can effectively improve the wear resistance of the coating.
