海绵城市建设在城市更新中的实例分析

摘要 深圳市作为国家第二批海绵城市建设试点城市,将充分利用海绵型城市政策机遇,在全市重点发展片区、旧改集中区、具备海绵改造条件的区域等24个区域进行绿色生态海绵城市建设。文章以深圳某城市更新为例,采用HYSWMM-LID构建模型,因地制宜将多种LID措施进行组合,通过对年径流控制率、设计重现期、内涝三种情况进行模拟分析,研究了地块海绵城市的建设效果。结果表明,在落实了上层次规划相关要求的前提下,通过采取海绵措施不但满足防洪排涝的要求,而且可以实现水资源有效利用,极大改善了城市水环境。 As the second batch of national level pilot cities for sponge city construction, Shenzhen will take advantage of the sponge city policy opportunity, to promote green ecological sponge city construction in 24 regional zones including the city wide key development areas, the aggregated old urban transformation areas and the areas which qualified sponge city modified. The article takes an urban renewal project in Shenzhen for example, sets up the model by HYSWMM-LID software, groups various LID measures adjust to local conditions, researches the effects of the sponge city construction by analyzing annual runoff control rate, design storm frequency and waterlogging. Based on premise of implementing Upper planning, by adopting sponge measures not only meet the requirements of flood prevention and storm drainage, but also enables using water more efficiently, what's more, can vastly improve urban water environmental system.
