摘要
本文通过引入不确定度分量,对使用超声波测厚仪测量铁路罐车壁厚存在的误差因素进行合成与评定,以确保测量结果更加准确。此外,制定并分析了铁路危险货物罐车罐体安全检测的内容及参数。上述措施有效提高了铁路危险货物罐车罐体安全检测的质量。
In this paper, error factors was assessed and synthesised, which occurs during the thickness of the railway tank is measured by sonic thickness sensor. Meanwhile, content and parameters of the safety inspection for the tank body of railway tank transporting dangerous goods had been made and analyzed. The testing result showed that was shown that the new aerofoil fan blade had good energy saving effect. Measures above can improve the quality of the safety inspection.
