气田集输管道分段清管工艺浅析 被引量:1

摘要 基于气田集输管道积液及段塞流规律,结合商业软件稳态与动态模拟结果,探讨不同清管方式对下游段塞流捕集设备及配套处理设施的影响,进一步提出分段清管的思路。分析结果表明,大口径、高积液气田集输管道分段清管可以采用反向+正向分段清管,充分利用下游前期清空管道体积,配套常规清管控制措施,可进一步减小段塞流捕集器及配套设施尺寸与负荷。本文的研究成果可为气田集输管道清管方案和段塞流捕集器设置思路提供相关参考。 Based on the law of effusion and slug flow in gas field gathering pipelines, combined with the steady-state and dynamic simulation results of commercial software, the impact of different pigging methods on the downstream plug flow trapping equipment and associated treatment facilities was discussed, and further the proposed sectioned pigging was Ideas.
