摘要 在我国的工业领域中,压力容器是比较常见的工业生产设备,在我国的很多工业领域中,都发挥着巨大的作用,但是压力容器作为一种特殊的容器,其使用过程中很容易会受到外界的因素的影响,产生安全风险,威胁到人们的生命财产安全。所以在现代的工业生产中,对压力容器的检验和检测工作已经成为了十分重要的工作内容,可是在压力容器的检验检测过程中,其检测结果很容易受到外界因素的干扰,产生误差,对压力容器的使用产生影响。所以本文就针对压力容器检验检测误差的影响因素进行分析,并探究其应对措施,促进压力容器的使用安全。 In China's industrial sector, pressure vessels are relatively common industrial production equipment. They play an enormous role in many industrial fields in China. However, pressure vessels as a special kind of container are very easy to use. It will be affected by external factors, creating security risks and threatening people's lives and property. Therefore, in modem industrial production, the inspection and testing of pressure vessels has become a very important task. However, in the process of inspection and testing of pressure vessels, the test results are easily interfered by external factors, resulting in errors. The use of pressure vessels has an effect. Therefore, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of inspection error of pressure vessels and explores their countermeasures to promote the safe use of pressure vessels.
