摘要
海上油气田通常用处理过的伴生气进行发电。使用有关氮气作业后输送到终端处理过的伴生气,导致需要燃气的透平等用户的燃气阀持续一周都会有自动开大故障。使用伴生气发电的透平出现燃气阀不断开大,导致自动转油失败或转油后转气不成功,处理不当就造成整个油气田的停产。现场经过对气体组份分析,拆检燃气阀,并对阀内附着物进行化验分析,系统地从工艺流程上分析,找到了导致此故障发生的根本原因。
Offshore oil and gas fields usually generate power using treated companion gas. Using the associated gas that has been delivered to the terminal after the operation of nitrogen gas, the gas valve that leads to the use of the gas equivalent user will continue to open automatically for a week. Gas turbines that use companion gas to generate electricity will not be disconnected, resulting in automatic oil transfer failures or unsuccessful gas transfer after oil transfer. Improper handling will result in the shutdown of the entire oil and gas field. After analyzing the gas composition on site, the gas valve was dismantled, and the attachment inside the valve was analyzed and analyzed systematically to analyze the process flow and the root cause of the failure was found.
