火电厂煤粉炉燃烧器的研究及应用

摘要 文章针对广东省某火电厂1056 t/h煤粉锅炉热效率偏低、实际风量远高于理论风量等问题,运用FLUENT数值模拟仿真软件计算确定燃烧器合理安装位置及安装角度,最终确定改造方案。对比分析确定改造后煤粉锅炉理论进风量、炉膛内烟温差、锅炉爆管率等,从而提高安全运行周期,提高能源利用率,为我国一次能源的合理使用提供方案。 In view of the problem of low thermal efficiency of 1056 t/h pulverized coal boiler in Guangdong province, the actual air volume is much higher than the theoretical air volume, the paper uses the fluent numerical simulation software to calculate the reasonable installation position and installation angle of the burner, and finally determines the transformation plan. This paper compares and analyses the theoretical inlet air volume, temperature difference between flue gas and boiler bursting rate of the reformed pulverized coal boiler, so as to improve the safe operation period, and improve the energy utilization rate and provide a plan for the reasonable use of primary energy in our country.
