摘要 对气相色谱质谱法测定电子电器产品中邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)的含量过程中可能引入的不确定度进行分析和评定。通过实验数据计算得出气相色谱质谱法测定邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)含量的相对不确定度为3.0%,扩展不确定度为6.0%(K=2)。通过不确定的分析,指出在检测过程中质量控制的关键在于前处理回收率的不确定度和校准溶液配制的不确定度,在判定是否符合相关规则时,应该考虑测量不确定度的影响,考虑到相关的风险水平。 Uncertainties orginated from the measurement of Di-isobutyl phthalate (DIBP) content in the Electrical and electronic products by gas chromatography mass spectrometry were evaluated. That may be introduced in the process of analysis and evaluation of uncertainty. Through the experiment data calculated gas chromatography mass spectrometry determination of Di-isobutyl phthalate (DIBP) content is 3.0 %, the relative uncertainty, the expanded uncertainty was 6.0 % (K=2). Through the analysis of uncertainty, it is pointed out that in the process of testing the quality control of pretreatment is the key to the recovery of uncertainty and uncertainty of calibration solution preparation, in determining whether to comply with relevant rules, should consider the influence of uncertainty of measurement, considering the level of risk associated.
