Bilingual Course Exploration of Chemical Engineering Principle Experiment

为提高学生的专业英语素质,宁波理工学院开展了化工原理实验双语教学探索。通过完善中英文的实验讲义、营造双语教学环境及调整教学方式,在训练学生实验操作、解决问题能力的同时,又使学生掌握大量专业词汇,提升专业英语的应用能力,培养出既具有扎实专业知识、又懂本专业英语的高水平复合型人才。

In order to improve students＇ professional English quality, Ningbo Institute of technology has carried out bilingual teaching of teaching of chemical engineering principle experiment. Through improving and perfecting lab handouts both in English and Chinese language, creating an environment of bilingual teaching and adjusting the methods of teaching, to train students＇ skills of experiment operation and problem solving, and enable students to master a large number of professional vocabulary, improve professional English application ability, cultivate inter-disciplinary talent with solid professional knowledge and professional English knowledge.
