水击现象在长距离输油管道中经常发生,水击现象产生的冲击压强很大,通常可以达到管道正常压强的几十倍,如果没有合适的保护措施或设备,会引起管道的剧烈震动、变形,甚至破裂。安哥拉罐区项目中300单元长输管线并没有水击分析的报告,为了项目的安全操作,本文对安哥拉项目中五种油品长输管道进行了水击风险模拟,并提出相应的安全措施。
