摘要
教学本土化是实现地方应用型高校转型发展目标,体现旅游管理专业应用性特点的重要途径之一。在实施过程中存在缺少本土化教材、本土化案例和本土化双师型教师等难点。可以通过制定本土化培养方案,确定本土化教学大纲,编写本土化教学素材,采用本土化教学方法,以及培养本土化双师型教师等路径来实现。
Localization of teaching is an important route to realize the transformation and development of local application-oriented colleges,and to embody tourism management program's feature of being application-oriented. However,in the implementation process,there are difficulties including the lack of localized textbooks,localized cases,and localized double-qualified teachers. To achieve teaching localization,localized programs,curriculum,teaching materials( textbooks and collection of cases,etc.),teaching methods( local case library,real scenario teaching,task-driven teaching,teaching at bases for practice,and integration between scientific research and teaching,etc.),and double-qualified teaching faculty should be developed.
