基于波特理论的会展人才培养模式构建

On Construction of MICE Talent Cultivation Mode Based on Porter's Theory

基于波特五力竞争理论,提出会展人才培养受到现有专业人才间的竞争、未来会展专业人才的竞争、其他相关专业人才的竞争、市场的需求和会展专业对生源的吸引力五个因素的影响。通过五因素,发现当前会展人才培养的诸多问题,并提出构建"一心两翼"的"蝴蝶效应"培养模式,即以打造大数据信息平台为核心,以两大战略联盟、专业实践课程为两翼,促使会展专业人才的培养与市场、行业、企业对接。

Based on Porter＇s theory on five competing forces,this paper argues that MICE talent cultivation is influenced by present talents＇ competition,future talents＇ competition,relevant professionals＇ competition,market demand and the MICE programs＇ attraction for potential students. An analysis of the five factors discloses problems of present MICE talent cultivation,and a new＂one center and two wings＂model featuring＂butterfly effect＂is then suggested to promote its integration with the market,industry and businesses. One Center refers to the platform of big data,and Two Wings are respectively two strategic alliances and the practical training courses.
