The Study of Contemporary Urban Rights in the Context of Marxist Space Theory

城市权利形成于"人—空间—政治"的深度关联中,建构在资本主义城市空间与人类日常生活的辩证关系中。城市权利的生成既是权利理论自觉的结果,更是城市全面发展的必然要求,是权利问题在城市空间中的投射。研究城市问题,除了要关注城市景观的形态产生学之外,更应该关注城市行为理论,关注人的发展。因此,从空间政治战略的高度,通过争取城市权利的斗争,实现公民权利的平等和正义,是城市发展的重要政治策略,决定了城市的发展走向与本质属性。

Urban rights are formed in the deep correlation of ＂human-space-politics＂,which is constructed in the dialectical relationship between the capitalist urban space and the daily life of human beings.The generation of urban rights is not only the result of the theoretical consciousness of rights,but also the inevitable requirement for the comprehensive development of the city and the reflection of the rights issue in urban space.In addition to focusing on the morphology of urban landscape,the study of urban problems should pay more attention to the theory of urban behavior as well as focus on human development.Therefore,from the perspective of the space of political strategy,it is an important political strategy to realize the equality of civil rights and justice by struggling for the urban rights,which determines the developmental trend and the essential attribute of the city.
