新型城镇化对民族地区义务教育教师合理流动的张力 被引量:1

摘要 新型城镇化的气质表现为:主体张扬,以人为本;公平正义,成果共享;整体协同,深度融合;集约高效,布局优化;生态文明,绿色低碳;文化传承,彰显特色。新型城镇化的价值追求对民族地区义务教育教师合理流动提出了新要求。因应民族地区义务教育教师合理流动的诉求,从构成教师合理流动的关键要素角度看,新型城镇化视域中民族地区义务教育教师合理流动的重要特质表现在:流动主体:人文关照,体验愉悦;流动机制:科学健全,一体均衡;流动环境:普适筑基,自获生辉;流动样式:多元共生,双向有序;流动质量:量质兼具,量适质优。 The temperament of new urbanization is characterized by subject advocating,people-oriented;justice and sharing achievements;overall coordination and deep integration;intensiveness and efficiency;layout optimization;ecological civilization,greenness and low-carbon;cultural heritage and highlighting the characteristics.The value pursuit of new urbanization puts forward new requirements for the rational flow of compulsory education teachers in ethnic minority areas.Since the demands for rational flow of teachers within compulsory education in ethnic minority areas,from the perspective of key elements in the rational flow of teachers,this paper reveals some important characteristics of the reasonable floating teachers of compulsory education in minority areas under the background of new urbanization.
