癌症治疗诱发的代谢综合征(cancer treatment induced metabolic syndrome,CTIMet S)是一种非常普遍且有害的疾病。代谢综合征包括中心性肥胖、血脂异常、高血压和胰岛素抵抗,是多种代谢紊乱集于一身的综合征。癌症幸存者与一般人群相比有着更高的心血管事件风险。目前,癌症治疗引起代谢综合征的分子机制尚不清楚。然而,人们发现可以通过肿瘤治疗类型的不同对其病理生理学进行分类。虽然CTIMet S的病因学可能与一般人群中的代谢综合征不同,但是有效的治疗和干预方案却可能是相似的。本文综述了不同癌症治疗方式后CTIMet S发展的可能机制,为预防CTIMet S的发生发展提供参考策略。

Cancer treatment induced metabolic syndrome （CTIMetS） is an especially prevalent and harnfful condi- tion. Metabolic syndrome includes central obesity-, dyslipidenfia, high blood pressure and insulin resistance, is a syn- drome of nmltiple metabolic disorders. Cancer survivors have a higher risk of cardiovascular events than the general population. At present, the molecular meehanisnl of metabolic syndrome caused by cancer treatment is not clear. How- ever,it is found that the pathophysiology can be classified by different types of tumor therapy. The aetiology of CTIM- etS likely differs from metabolic syndrome in the general population, but effective treatment and prevention methods are probably similar. In this review, we summarize the potential mechanisms leading to the development of CTIMetS af- ter various types of cancer treatment, and provide a reference strategy- for preventing CTIMetS.
