中等国家构建自身话语权的路径研究——以马来西亚为例

全球化的快速发展为中等国家发挥自身优势并拓展自己的国家利益创造了机遇。在全球化过程中,中等国家能够通过多边机制参与到国际事务中,发挥自身重要的作用,某些时候甚至还能在地区议程上起到主导作用。此外,国家经济实力的增强使得中等国家在国际社会上要求更多的话语权、更高的国际地位和影响力。马来西亚作为新兴崛起的中等国家代表,在自我定位、经济实力和国际影响力等几个方面都积极探索构建自身话语权,通过积极地参与国际事务与地区事务,拓展多边外交舞台,马来西亚力图在东南亚地区发挥"领导者"的角色。

The rapid development of globalization has created opportunities for the middle powers who can make full use of themselves to expand their national interests.During the process,the middle powers can participate in international affairs via multilateral mechanism,plays an important part in regional affairs as well as a leading role on regional agenda.Besides,the increasing economic strength has made these countries demand more voice rights,and higher international status and influence in the international community.Malaysia,as one representative of these middle powers,is exploring and building its own right to speak in several aspects such as self-positioning,economic strength,and international influence.Through active participation in international affairs and regional affairs,it has expanded its multilateral diplomatic arena.Malaysia is seeking to plays a"leadership"role in the region.
