摘要
针对富水软岩巷道在开挖过程中,发生淋水甚至大面积冒顶的现象,以北辛窑煤业110203工作面巷道为例,采用理论分析、实验室试验、现场实测、数值模拟的手段,分析了冒顶机理并提出了具体对策。研究表明:由于巷道跨度的增加,顶板粘结力减少,顶板出现了离层的可能性;由于水对顶板结构的弱化,进一步降低了围岩粘结力,产生渐进破坏;采用瞬变电磁法确定了顶板富水状态,为"有控疏水"提供依据,采用高预紧力短锚索有效控制顶板浅部结构,为"合理保水"提供技术手段。通过现场实测,表明此支护对策对于富水软岩巷道具有很好的控制作用。
To the problems that water spary and large area roof-fall during excavation process of rich water soft rock roadway,it taking roadway of 110203 working face of Beixinyao coal mine as example,and then the following means that theoretical analysis,laboratory testing,field testing and numerical simulation were used to analyzed roof-fall mechanism,and also specific countermeasures were put forward. The results showed that as roadway span increased,roof cohesion decreased,and roof separation possibility appeared,as roof structure was weaken by water,and surrounding rock cohesion was decreased more,and progressive failure appeared,rich water state of roof was determined by transient electromagnetic method,and provided basis for‘controlling dewatering’,the shallow structure of roof was controlled by high-pretension short cables,provided technological means for ‘reasonable water conservation’,after practical testing,rich water soft rock roadway could be controlled effectively.
