父亲支持对母乳喂养的重要性已经受到研究者的广泛关注和认同,但在社会及家庭中,父亲支持的作用却往往被忽视。父亲支持有利于家庭做出母乳喂养的决定,且增加纯母乳喂养率及母乳喂养的持续时间。然而,如何促进和实施父亲支持仍有待研究和实践。综述国内外关于父亲支持在母乳喂养中的重要作用、特点及干预策略。

The importance of father support in breastfeeding has been widely concerned and recognized by researchers,but in the community and the family,its role has often been ignored. Father support helps the family to make the decision for breastfeeding,and to increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding and breastfeeding duration. The program of promoting and implementing father support still need to be studied and practiced. This article is to review the important role,characteristics and intervention strategies of father support at home and abroad.
