TNT作业工人晶体损害调查

<title>Study of TNT tooptic harm

目的 探讨TNT对作业工人眼部的损害。方法 进行眼科常规检查,按GB-11512-1989标准进行诊断和损害分级。结果 眼晶体损害者77人,检出率21.21%,TNT白内障40人,患病率为11.02%,且装药工TNT白内障患病率最高,晶状体改变与性别有关。结论 应加强个人防护,减少皮肤污染,特别是装药工段。定期调换工种,减少累积接触量。

<Abstrcat>objective To study the harm of TNT to operators'eyes,Mothods Made routine inspection of ophthalmic,using the standard of GB-11512-1989 to diagnose and classify harm.Results 77 people's eye crystals were harmed and the positive rate was 21.21%,40 people suffered from TNT cataract.The prevalence rate was 11.02%and it was highest in the people loading drugs.The change of crystal was associated with sexes Conclusions Strengthen individual defense and decrease skin contamination,expecially during the course of loading drugs Change classification of workers regularly,so as to decrease cumulative contact quantity.
