基于单片机的液面监控仪设计

摘要 设计了一种由单片机控制的液面监控仪。该仪器选用FYC-3型浮子式水位传感器,输出4~20m A的电流信号,实现对液面信号的检测与采集;应用12位微功耗采样A/D转换器ADS1286,将液面的模拟信号转变为数字信号并提供给单片机进行处理;选用Atmel公司生产的AT89S8253型单片机,实现了信号的收集和处理;系统结构简单、成本低、抗干扰性能好,具有上下限报警与控制、手动复位、远程通信等功能。系统解决了以往的液面监控仪中存在的问题,达到了高精度液面测量仪器的各项标准。 A liquid level monitor controlled by single chip microcomputer is designed. The instrument uses FYG-3 buoyage-type water level sensor to output 4-20 m A current signal to realize detection and acquisition of liquid level signal. The 12-bit micro-power sampling A/D converter ADS1286 is used to convert the analog signal of the liquid level into a digital signal and provide it to the MCU for processing. The AT89 S8253 single chip microcomputer produced by Atmel company is selected to realize signal collection and processing. The system is simple in structure, low in cost and good in antiinterference performance, and has the functions of upper and lower limit alarm and control, manual reset,remote communication and the like. The system has solved the problems existing in the previous liquid level monitoring instrument and reached various standards of the high-precision liquid level measuring instrument.
