抗战时期日伪“北京特别市公署宣传处”初探

Study on the “Publicity Department of the Puppet Beijing Special Municipal Government Office” during the Anti-Japanese War

日伪"北京特别市公署宣传处"是抗战时期日伪政权"北京特别市公署"进行政策宣传的执行机构。它于1941年12月正式成立,直至1945年8月日本战败投降为止。在三年多存续时间内,日伪"北京特别市公署宣传处"进行了大量的宣传活动,承载着为日伪政权控制并加强在北平的统治而服务的职能,反映着日伪政权在北平进行统治而进行的宣传方针、政策和管制手段措施上的变化,从而在一个侧面体现了日伪北平当局占领、控制和统治北平的特点。

The Publicity Department of the Puppet Beijing Special Municipal Government Office was the Japanese puppet regime of actuator for policy advocacy during the Anti-Japanese War. It was formally established in December 1941 until Japan＇s defeat and surrender in August 1945. In more than three years, the Publicity Department of the Puppet Beijing Special Municipal Government Office did a lot of publicity activities. It was carrying the functions of controlling for the Japanese puppet regime and strengthening the rule in Peiping. It reflected the changes in the propaganda principles, policies, and control measures taken by the Japanese and puppet regime in Peiping, which on one side reflects the characteristics, strengths and weakness of the occupation, control and the rule of Japanese and puppet authorities.
