滇池湿地公园现状及其存在问题分析——以五家堆湿地公园为例

Analysis of the Present Situation and Existing Problems of Dianchi Wetland Park——A Case Study of Wujiadui Wetland Park

随着云南省建设生态文明建设排头兵的战略新定位,新常态下经济结构转型升级和发展理念的转变,滇池湿地保护以及如何实现滇池湿地的科学合理开发利用越来越受到社会各界的高度关注,而进行湿地公园建设,便成为兼具开发与保护双重功能的较优选择。本文以滇池五家堆湿地公园为例,从公园建设现状入手,发掘其所存在的问题,进行综合分析,并提出相应的措施与对策,以期能够为其他滇池湿地公园的开发建设及管理提供参考方案。

With the new bellwether positioning of the ecological civilization construction in Yunnan Province and the transformation of the promotion and development about economic structure under the new normal, the protection of Dianchi wetland park and the ways that how to achieve the scientific and reasonable exploitation and utilization of Dianchi wetland park have been regarded more and more important by all circles in the society. So it has become a preferable choice which has dual function about protection and exploitation by having wetland park construction. This paper takes Wujiadui Wetland Park of Dianchi as an example, starts with the present situation of wetland park construction, finds out the existing problems, and has a comprehensive analysis, provides relevant measures and countermeasures to expect to provide a reference scheme for the administration and development of other Dianchi wetland park.
