在论述地方本科高校专业设置及调整的原则的基础上,通过对许昌学院本科专业调整特点的分析,提出许昌学院应依据国家产业政策和区位优势,分别实行强化特色专业、增设新兴专业、调整或撤销落后专业等措施,优化学校专业结构,加快应用技术大学的建设。
