摘要 针对传统家庭供暖系统无法实现漏水监控和按需供热造成的能源浪费问题,笔者设计了一种家庭暖气智能监测调控系统。该系统以STC12C5A60S2单片机和Q941F电动调节阀为控制执行部件,根据传感器实时采集的暖气流量、室内温度和用户设定温度,实现了漏水故障的智能监控和分时段差异化温度的智能调节。介绍了系统设计方案,给出了部分硬件电路图和软件设计流程图。实验测试结果表明,该系统设计合理、运行稳定,真正实现了漏水监控和人性化的室温调控,节能效果明显,应用前景广阔,具有一定的实际推广价值。 An intelligent monitoring system about family heating is designed in this paper in view of the problem of energy wasting for the traditional family heating system has failed to ensure the water leakage and the family heating provision as needed.In this system the MCU STC12 C5 A60 S2 and the motor regulated valve is considered as the controlled executive component. According to the volume of the heating flow and the indoor temperature and the temperature set by customers collected by the sensor, the intelligent monitoring of the water leakage and the intelligent regulation of the difference temperature by periods.The paper also introduces the designing plan of the system and shows the circuitry picture of the partial hardware and the designing flow chart of the software.The result of the experiment shows that the system is reasonable and stable, as well as ensures the water leakage monitoring and the humanized indoor temperature regulation. The system is valuable to popularize for its clear saving energy effect and the bright future.
