摘要
农药的使用为蔬菜丰产和品质改善提供了有效的保障,但是农药残留不可避免地对蔬菜和环境造成了污染。农药残留问题不仅危害民众的身体健康,还会引发民众对蔬菜安全问题的担忧与恐慌。本文简要介绍了蔬菜农药残留的两种来源,即直接污染源和间接污染源,并对导致农药残留的原因进行了分析,从加强宣传教育、提高用药技术,完善法律法规、加强农药监管以及加强检测机构建设、提高检测水平等几个方面提出了减少蔬菜农药残留的策略。
The use of pesticides provides an effective guarantee for the high yield and quality of vegetables, butthe pesticide residues inevitably cause different degrees of pollution to the environment and vegetables.Pesticide residues not only jeopardize the health of the public, but also cause people's concerns and fears aboutvegetable safety. This paper briefly introduces the classification of pesticide residues in vegetables, namely, thedirect and indirect sources of pollution, and analyses the causes of pesticide residues, and puts forward somesolution strategy such as strengthening propaganda and education, improving drug use technology, perfectinglaws and regulations, strengthening the supervision of pesticides, strengthening the establishment of detectioninstitutionsandimprovingthelevelofdetection.ofreducingpesticideresiduesinvegetableswareputforwere.
