摘要 食用菌味道鲜美,营养丰富,被称作健康食品。大力发展食用菌产业在促进农业增效、农民增收和解决农村劳动力就业等方面具有十分重要的作用。本文简要介绍了食用菌产业的发展优势、存在问题,并从强化科技支撑、推进产业化经营、强化典型示范以及搭建服务平台等几个方面分析了食用菌产业的发展对策。 Edible fungus is not only delicious, but also rich in nutrition. It is often called healthy food. Thedevelopment of edible fungus industry has a very important role in promoting the efficiency of agriculture,increasing the income of farmers and solving the employment of rural labor. This paper briefly introduces thedevelopment advantages and problems of the edible fungus industry, and further analyzes the countermeasuresfor the development of the edible fungus industry from these aspects including strengthening the support ofscience and technology, promoting industrial operation, strengthening typical demonstration, building serviceplatform and so on.
