摘要
为进一步了解猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)在国内的分子遗传进化情况,从而对我国猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)防控提供依据,对2015—2017年国内分离的58株PRRSV野毒株与疫苗毒株的GP5基因进行分析比较。结果显示:我国现有PRRSV毒株主要集中于第一亚群、第四亚群、第五亚群及新亚群;同一亚群和不同亚群毒株间的中和表达位点、毒力位点以及N-糖基化位点均存在一定的变异。结果表明:我国PRRSV毒株存在易变异和多样性等特点,这为该病防疫带来较大压力;PRRS防控必须进行田间的毒株检测和基因分析,然后选择相应基因型毒株疫苗进行免疫。
In order to further recognize the molecular genetic evolution of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)in China,so as to provide data basis for PRRS prevention and control,the GP5 genes of 58 wild-type strains isolated from 2015 to 2017 and 1 vaccine strain were analyzed and compared.Results showed that the PRRSV strains in current China mainly belonged to the first subgroup,the fourth subgroup,the fifth subgroup and the new subgroup.The neutralization expression sites,virulence sites and N-glycosylation sites in the same or different subgroups all exhibited some variations.As a conclusion,the PRRSV strains in China had the characteristics of easy mutation and diversity,which brought high pressure to PRRS prevention.In terms of PRRS prevention and control,field detection and gene analysis of virus strains must be carried out,and the vaccines in accordance with corresponding genotype strains should be selected and immunized.
