摘要 基于对陕西正通煤业有限责任公司巷道条件和煤层钻孔施工特点分析,对现有冲击地压超前卸压钻孔施工工艺及施工效果进行分析,并针对问题提出解决方案。通过对钻具组合及施工工艺的优化,经过现场试验,最终形成一套适合正通煤业冲击地压超前卸压钻孔高效成孔施工的最优设备、钻进工艺方法及工艺参数,达到冲击地压防治目标的同时,实现安全生产、降本增效,为该公司实现"掘卸平行"的高效生产提供保障。 The conditions of coal mine roadway and the construction characteristics of coal seam drilling in Shaanxi Zhengtong Coal Industry Company were analyzed,and the construction technology and construction effect of the existing impacting pressure and pressure relief drilling were analyzed,solutions to the problem were also put forward. According to the optimization of the drilling tool combination and the construction technology,through the field test,a set of optimal equipment,drilling technology and process parameters suitable for the high effect hole construction of the pre pressure relief drilling were finally formed for Zhengtong Coal Industry Company,so as to achieve the safety production,reduce the cost and increase the efficiency at the same time. It also has provided guarantee for the realization of " parallel operation of driving and pressure relief" in Zhengtong Coal Industry Company.
