摘要
针对目前煤矿低浓度瓦斯抽采问题,尤其是由于瓦斯浓度低而带来的管道输送安全隐患,通过借鉴地面煤层气开发排采过程中"连续、平稳、缓慢"的降压排采工艺,分析了煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔、煤层增透、管路系统、抽采设备等各个环节所采取的措施和存在的问题,提出通过科学化的钻孔抽放参数设计、分源分区域抽放的独立单元化智能管理、动态大范围智能反馈可调的抽放泵站建设,实现以煤矿瓦斯高浓度抽采、煤矿瓦斯高效安全治理为目的的煤矿瓦斯精细化抽采系统建设方案和方法。
Aimed at the problem of low methane concentration in firedamp extraction,especially when the low methane concentration brings also safety risks to pipeline system,introducing the experience of continuous,stable and slow depressurization and extraction principle in CBM extraction progress,the measures and existing problems of coal mine gas extraction drilling,coal seam penetration,pipeline system and pumping equipment were analyzed. This paper put forward the construction of pumping station construction by means of scientific drilling and drainage parameters design,independent unit intelligent management of subdivision and subregion extraction,and dynamic large scale intelligent feedback and adjustable pumping station,in the purpose of realization of high methane concentration firedamp extraction and highly effective safety solution.
