摘要
为了保证矿井局部通风机的正常运行,确保矿井的安全生产,对矿井局部通风机系统故障进行了分析。分析了目前矿井机械检测和故障诊常见的方法,介绍了矿井局部通风机系统的总体结构以及构成,研究了故障数据特点,并对各个子系统的构成以及故障类型及形成原因进行了研究;建立了基于层次结构的故障树模型;提出了矿井局部通风机系统的维护与维修意见。该研究为矿井局部通风机系统故障分析的设计提供借鉴。
In order to guarantee the normal operation of the mine local ventilator,ensure the safety of mine production,in this paper,the mine local ventilation system malfunction was analyzed,and the first analysis of the current mine mechanical testing and fault diagnosis of common methods,and introduces the overall structure of the mine local ventilation system as well as the composition,studied the characteristics of fault data,and the composition of each subsystem and fault type and the reasons are studied,and then established the fault tree model based on hierarchy,finally proposed the mine local ventilator system maintenance maintenance,research for the design of the mine local ventilation system fault analysis.
