摘要
果蝇zeste基因增强子人类同源物1/2(EZH1/2)作为多梳蛋白抑制性复合体2(PRC2)的催化亚基,通过其甲基转移酶活性来抑制基因转录,在心血管发育及其疾病(包括先天性心脏病、主动脉夹层、动脉粥样硬化、心肌纤维化、心肌肥厚、心室重构、心肌梗塞等)的发生发展中存在典型的表达及活性差异,进而影响病理生理进程。本文将从表观调控的角度阐述EZH1/2与心脏发育及心血管疾病的关系,为了解心血管疾病的发病机制,并进一步预防和治疗提供有益的理论基础。
Enhancer of zeste homolog 1/2( EZH1/2),the catalytic subunit of epigenetic regulator Polycomb repressive complex 2( PRC2),regulate the transcription of targeted genes through the activity of methyltransferase and have been shown a specific landscape of expression and bioactivity in cardiovascular development and disease( including congenital heart disease,aortic dissection,atherosclerosis,myocardial fibrosis,cardiac hypertrophy,ventricular remodeling and myocardial infarction and so on),which in turn affects the pathophysiology process. This review summarizes the relationship between EZH1/2 and cardiac development and cardiovascular diseases from the perspective of epigenetic regulation,in order to provide a useful theoretical basis for understanding the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases as well as further prevention and treatment.
