摘要
本文从寒地的角度,探讨寒地人群睡眠及睡眠障碍发生的一些特征,提出关于寒地睡眠医学的基本概念及研究范围,重点研究寒地人群的睡眠生理、寒地人群睡眠障碍的基本特征、寒地人群的睡眠养生方法、寒地特有睡眠障碍人群的防治方法,并对寒地睡眠医学的发展加以展望。
to discuss the characteristics of sleep and sleep disorders in cold region. The basic concept and range of study are provided,which are sleep physiology,basic characteristics of sleep disorders,sleep regimen,special prevention of sleep disorders and the development of sleep medicine in cold region.
