重性精神病患者睡眠障碍的调查分析及影响因素研究

The Influence Factor Investigation and Analysis of Sleep Disorder in Severe Psychiatric Patients

目的:探讨重性精神病患者睡眠障碍调查分析及影响因素。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年12月期间北京市大兴区精神病医院收治的重性精神病合并睡眠障碍的患者共86例,采用回顾性分析的方法对患者的睡眠障碍状况进行调查研究,采用简明精神病量表评定工具对其影响因素进行分析。结果:纳入研究的重性精神病睡眠障碍患者中男性多于女性,年龄在40岁以上所占的比例高于40岁以下所占比例,文化程度越低发病可能性越大,无业人员的发病率较高,婚姻状况为离婚或丧偶的发病率高。重性精神病睡眠障碍患者影响因素较多,包括焦虑忧郁因子、缺乏活力因子、思维障碍因子、激活性因子、敌对猜疑因子等。结论:影响重性精神病者并发睡眠障碍的因素较多,应全面认识并正确处理该病的相关因素,改善及提高患者的睡眠质量,给予有效的干预措施,有利于提高睡眠质量,稳定患者情绪,促进患者早日康复。

Objective： To investigate and analyze the Influence factor and effect in sleep disorder patients with severe psychiatric. Methods： Totally 86 patients with severe psychiatric disorders as well as sleep disorders were enrolled in our research start from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital,A retrospective analysis was conducted to investigate the sleep disorders of the patients,and a brief psychiatric rating scale was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results：Among the severe psychosis patients with sleep disorders,there were more men than women,The proportion of people over 40 is more than that of under 40. Besides,the lower the educational level patients had,the greater the possibility of morbidity it would be,in addition,unemployed persons had a higher incidence. What＇s more,the high incidence was related with divorce or widowhood. There are many influencing factors in severe psychosis patients with sleep disorder,including anxiety and depression,lack of vitality,mental disorder,irritation,hostile suspicion and so on. Conclusion： There are many factors affecting sleep disorder in severe psychosis patients. Only should we fully understand and correctly handle the related factors as well as give effective intervention measures,can we improve the sleep quality of patients,stabilize the mood and finally promote the early recovery of the patients.
