右佐匹克隆片联合脑电生物反馈治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍的疗效观察

The Therapeutic Effect of Dexzopiclone Tablets Combined with Electroencephalobiological Fbeedback Treat Sleep Disorder Patients After Stroke

目的:探讨采取右佐匹克隆片与脑电生物反馈治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取苏州工业园区星海医院收治的脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,对照组接受右佐匹克隆片治疗,观察组加用脑电生物反馈治疗,比较2组效果。结果:2组患者治疗后MESSS评分与PSQI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组均优于对照组。结论:脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者采取右佐匹克隆片与脑电生物反馈联合治疗可以明显改善神经功能缺损症状、睡眠障碍,值得借鉴。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of dexzopiclone tablets combined with electroencephalobiological fbeedback treat sleep disorder patients after stroke. Methods： Totally 70 patients with sleep disturbance after stroke were enrolled in our hospital,divided them into control group and observation group with random and method. Give dexzopiclone tablets to the control group while treated the observation group with electroencephalobiological fbeedback on the basis of dexzopiclone tablets. Then the effects of the two groups were compared. Results： There was difference in MESSS scores and PSQI scores between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the effect of observation group was more effective then the control group. Conclusion： The application of dexzopiclone tablets combined with electroencephalobiological fbeedback sleep disorder patients after stroke was more effective and worth promote.
