睡眠指导联合心理干预护理对神经内科失眠患者血压计睡眠的影响

The Effect of Sleep Guidance Combined with Psychological Intervention Nursing on the Neurological Insomnia Patients Blood Pressure Meter Sleeps in Neurology Department

目的:本实验的课题主要探讨护理干预在神经内科睡眠障碍患者中的临床效果。方法:选取郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院收治的神经内科睡眠障碍患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用针对性护理干预,对比2组患者护理干预前后血压变化情况以及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者舒张压、收缩压以及各项PSQI评分指标均优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预在神经内科睡眠障碍患者中具有良好的临床效果,值得推广。

Objective： This experiment mainly explore the effect of sleep guidance combined with psychological intervention nursing on the neurological insomnia patients blood pressure meter sleeps in neurology departmen. Methods：Choose 60 patients with sleep disorders in Luoyang central hospital affiliated to Zhengzhou university and divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with targeted nursing intervention. The changes of blood pressure and the score of PSQI were compared before and after nursing intervention between the two groups. Results： After nursing intervention,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and PSQI scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,has significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The targeted nursing intervention has good clinical effect in patients with sleep disorder in neurology department and is worth popularizing.
