日本的新老人运动探析

日本是世界上老龄化最严重的国家之一,针对日益严峻的老龄化社会,著名寿星日野原重明提出了"新老人"定义,展开了别开生面的新老人运动。新老人运动提倡老年人自立,加强老年人之间的交流,为下一代教育、环境保护与世界和平做出贡献。新老人运动试图改变视老人为体弱多病和社会负担的传统观念,树立以积极的心态面对余生和为社会做出独特贡献的新老人形象。新老人运动为当前和未来老龄化社会指明了一种方向,它的普及也将减轻国家和社会的负担。旨在提高高龄老人的身体、心理、精神和社会功能的新老人运动不但在日本蓬勃发展,而且在美国等世界部分地区也正在开花结果。我国的老龄化问题也任重道远,老年问题不比日本等发达国家轻松,日本的新老人运动对我国当下的老龄化问题极具借鉴意义。

Japan is one of the most aging countries in the world.In view of the increasingly aging society,the famous birthday star Shigeaki Hinohara has put forward the definition of "New Elderly"and launched a new movement for the elderly.The new elderly campaign advocates elderly self-reliance,strengthens communication among the elderly,and contributes to the next generation of education,environmental protection and world peace.The new elderly movement attempts to change the traditional concept of treating the elderly as weak and sick and a social burden,and to establish a new image of the elderly who will face the rest of their lives with a positive attitude and make a unique contribution to society.The new movement for the elderly has pointed out a direction for the current and future aging society,and its popularization will also lighten the burden on the country and society.The new elderly movement,which aims to improve the physical,psychological,spiritual and social functions of the elderly,is not only flourishing in Japan,but is also bearing fruit in parts of the world,such as the United States.The problem of aging in China is also a long way to go,and the problem of old age is not easier than that of developed countries such as Japan.The new old man movement in Japan is of great significance to the problem of aging in China.
