β-环糊精包合迎春花挥发油化学成分的分析

摘要 采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取迎春花中挥发油,用β-环糊精对迎春花中挥发油进行包合,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)技术对β-环糊精包合迎春花中挥发油前后化学成分进行对比分析.结果表明:包合前迎春花中挥发油的主要成分为:醛类11种占71.26%,醇类2种占15.62%,2-戊基呋喃占2.78%;包合后迎春花中挥发油的主要成分为:醛类10种占52.63%,醇类3种占26.43%,2-戊基呋喃占2.05%,香芹烯占5.54%、甲酸辛酯占1.70%,其主要化学成分醛类和醇类稍有变化,但是没有发生根本变化. The volatile oil was extracted from the Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl by steam distillation and use beta-cyclodextrin to wrap the volatile oil. The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC/MS) techniques for beta cyclodextrin wrap in the Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl volatile oil before and after chemical composition were analyzed. The results showed that the main components of the volatile oil in the Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl beta cyclodextrin wrap befor were: aldehydes accounted for 71.26%,alcohols were 15.62% and 2-pentyl furan 2.78%.wrap after the main components of the volatile oil: aldehyde of 10( 52.63%),alcohol( 26.43%),2-amyl furan,celeryene accounted for 5.54%,2.05% formic acid octyl ester( 1.70%),its main chemical composition is a slight change of aldehydes and alcohols,but there is no fundamental change.Because of the special structure of beta-cyclodextrin,it becomes a white powdered solid after the volatile oil is encapsulated,which is convenient for transportation and preservation.The volatile oil has been added to the stability of light and heat,reducing the volatility.
