摘要 根据某工厂实际生产线布局分析了网络结构.整体规划了网络核心层、汇聚层、终端接入层和无线通信网络,根据网络功能实现对IP地址的合理配置、子网划分,以确保整个网络实时通信并且提高网络数据传输.同时利用PROFINET工业网络特性,设计MRP冗余环网,减少故障维修时间,进而应用无线AP和无线终端的加密传输,实现上行控制数据和监测数据的无缝传输,以避免物理生产线的网线干涉问题.利用VLAN实现网络管理与应用网络间的有效隔离,以解决网络信息之间干扰问题,提高网络的可靠性. This paper describes the network structure of factory. According to the actual production,the overall planning of the network core layer,convergence layer and access layer and wireless communication network,according to the realization of the rational allocation of the IP address of the network function of subnetting,to ensure real-time communication across the network and improve the robustness of the network data transmission,using PROFINET industrial network characteristics,design MRP redundant ring,reduce maintenance time,and the application of encryption transmission of wireless AP and wireless terminal,realize seamless uplink transmission control data and monitoring data,in order to avoid physical production line interference problems,the effective isolation network management and application of network based on VLAN,to solve the interference problem between network information at the same time,improve the reliability of the network.
