朱彝尊、张惠言是公认的清代词坛浙西派与常州派的肇始或阐发发达者,研究者将其看成是相互对峙的两个词派则是认识的误区。事实上,他们作为清代的经学家,均宗法清代汉学理念,他们的词学理论是经学的有机组成,他们的词作是自身理论的实践,异彩各呈。

Zhu Yizun and Zhang Huiyan are generally acknowledged respectively as the ones of inchoation and elucidation of the Western Zhejiang school and Changzhou school Ci collectanea of the Qing Dynas ty. It is a cognitive misunderstanding for the researchers to have regarded them as two mutually con fronting schools. In fact,as the scribes in the Qing Dynasty,they both followed the sinology concept of the Ding Dynasty. Their theories of the Ci study is the organic composition of Confucianism,and their Ci poetry is the practice of their own theories with respective spendour.
